Even when I have got distracted from studies, I read APJ Abdul Kalam’s autobiography to motivate my self. 2. Write Your Vission And Mission

Pick your pen and start writing your end result, goal, your mission, and vision on a paper and paste it on a place where. I think this will help you a lot because when you write some think yourself it will push you towards your goals. And when you see it again and again it will make you remember that you have to complete that goal.

So if you haven’t written any goal till now then pick your pen and write your goals, missions, visions on a paper. And place it in the place like a mirror or wall so that you can watch it regularly.

My most important recommendation for you is to don’t waste your time. There are many students who think that they will take a break of 10 to 20 min and after that, they will study. But when they take a break like using social media, playing games on PlayStation their ming relaxed completely and their will power becomes weak.

Tell yourself that you will only study for 20 min and not event study 1 min more than it. And an amazing fact is that on that 20 min your mind works in his full potential because he thinks that he has to work for only 20 min. And your concentration comes inflow then you will not able to realize how that 20 min converted into 2 hours.

You can also convince your self that if you complete your study then you will do a thing which will make your mind happy. Like playing PlayStation games, going on a trip, watching movies, etc. So in this way, you can play with your mind and able to study more without any distractions.
